Luci Electronic Cigarettes

Luci is a brand of e-cigarettes that have gained some steam recently, so when I had some extra time I got around to ordering some.  Once I placed the order for my Luci’s, I believe it was about a week before they were waiting for me in my mailbox.  Some companies in the e-cig industry have had some trouble with back-orders on products, but Luci does not appear to be one of them.   I’ve done some research around the web and have not found any complaints with the Luci Electronic Cigarette brand, so it’s safe to say they are in good standing everywhere and are a solid e-cig company.  That made me excited to buy Luci and post a subsequent review of their e-cigarette.

• Savings Calculator.  Luci provides a savings calculator where traditional cigarette smokers can actually enter in their information on how many packs of cigarettes they smoke.  The calculator then tells the smoker how much money you could save by switching to e-cigarettes.  In this economy, that’s a very useful tool that most people should definitely check out.

• Luci has a solid customer service operation.  I have called several times to ask questions, and they have always responded to me in a professional, responsible manner.  I could not endorse their solid customer service any more, and I’m a freak about things like that.  It means a lot that a company really goes to another level to help their customers not only buy their products, but understand exactly how it works.  Luci showed me that they care about their customer base, as referenced by their 24/7 online customer care.
• 30 Day guarantee on Luci Starter Kits.  This really made me comfortable ordering from Luci.  Not many people today put their money where their mouth is, so to speak.

Overall, I consider Luci one of the top e-cigarette brands out there today.  I know they have a lot of room to grow, and they may not have all of the flavor options that Green Smoke has, but I can say that I was satisfied with Luci’s Electronic Cigarettes.
