I purchased a kit and loved it so much, I ordered a second one. The second kit came with two batteries that wouldn’t hold a charge and would barely produce any vapor – these were defective out of the box. Their response to a customer service inquiry came with no apology, just a condescending note about keeping the units clean (I was never even able to use them), and instructions to return them at my expense for working replacements.

Half of my purchase never worked and they wanted me to pay more. Fat chance – returning for a full refund and finding another product. No quality control, and terrible customer service. Not recommended.

Customer service is horrible. They were great in the beginning. Now, they are VERY VERY rude. Their filters leak and the batteries last about 3 months. The batteries also clog after the 1st month of use and require cleaning which fails to help over time.

Their ONLY employee, Kristi, who used to be a doll is so nasty now. What the heck happened? They get angry at you when you need to RMA the batteries. Such a shame, they went WAY DOWN HILL!!!

I bought the starter kit from Smoke Tip and also bought the clove flavored refill cartridges. I had it 2 days and battery #1 went bad. I called them and they sent a replacement. Before the replacement arrived, battery #2 went bad. When I got the replacement, I had it for 2 days and it’s bad now also. The tip starts flashing telling me it needs charging but it does not charge! I have asked for a full refund which they say they will give me. I do not recommend this product and one of the main reasons I picked it over other brands was the fact that it is BBB accredited. Not a good choice. Can someone tell me a good one that is similar to this type that actually lasts longer than 2 days?

A few quick answers:

Most all cartomizers can be refilled by removing the end cap.

Some atomizers / cartomizers have a break-in period, it doesn’t take long though.

The burning tongue feeling often goes away once a cartomizer has been opened and allowed to “air out” for a day. It is called “steeping”.

yes, they can be refilled. when you start getting that burnt aweful taste it is empty. get a syringe and e-juice and squirt the e-juice down in the hole. shake real good and smoke…yes my tongue did get sore and my throat felt like a burning sensation. it will go away. i love my smoketip!!! i have not smoked a real cig in 35 days…it works for me!!! if i can do it..,anybody can. i thought i would die with a cigarette in my hand. i feel sooooo much better. i do suggest if you are a heavy smoker and just starting out to get e-juice in 24mg. the 16mg was not strong enough for me.

If you somehow could empty them, yes. But as far as I know you can not. Only V2 Cigs sells the empty cartridges.
