dude. i have had the cheap pen styles… going to the premium was like going from a oldsmobile achieva to a mercedes benz. i love it. sooo much. and the fact that you get TWO batteries for the price that most other top notch co.s sell one batt per kit was the selling point for me. the cartridges last me all day as do the batteries, and i am puffing on this thing CONSTANTLY. the menthol is delicious, as is the caramel. im going to go for a kamel or a marb next just to see what the ‘normal cig’ is like. cheers to premium for creating a truely premium product!!!

I’m in agreement with you, Premium puts out a great product. It may not be my favorite personally, but many of my close friends are Premium E-Smokers. If y0u enjoy menthol cigs, nobody does it better than Premium from what my friends say.

These e-cigs are just plain garbage! Both batteries died soon after charging, one even started to emit an electrical burning smell when I plugged it in to charge. The taste of the “Mal-boro” was like a burnt wig and the e-cig emitted barely any vapor at all! Plus, the two cartridges I tried some of the liquid came out of the tip into my mouth! Nasty experience. Getting my money back for sure.
Hi, I can’t beleive it I finally found the best in my opinion and many others that Premium brand e-cigs the BEST! I tried one disposible one and it was pure trash, next I tried Green smoke not enough vapor for me tho. after that was the safe cig. forget that! Went back to my premium which has plenty of vapor and flavor now this is coming from a 2pk. a day women, which i hate to admit, all I can say Premium brand rated #1 for me and many others, super fast free shipping, and so many choices and cost for me from regular cigs. I would advise anyone who would want to try an e-cig to start with premium, most of the other brands don’t hold a candle to them….thank you all, from the new generation of e-cigs lol

I’ve been doing a lot of research on the net to try and decide on an e-cigarette to try. I believe I have narrowed the choice down to two (unless you change my mind). Premium and DuoPro. From the many reviews I’ve read it would seem that the DuoPro typically has a little longer cartridge and battery life which I like the idea of one cartridge and battery lasting the day. However, since I’ve smoked 1 1/2 packs a day for so many years I like the fact that Premium has cartridges in 24mg. DuoPro’s highest is 16mg. You’re opinion please on the better of the two? I’m not a Duo Pro smoker with any regularity, so I can’t really comment as it’s been months since I last smoked one. However, I can vouch for the quality of Premium as I have one around right here and have recently done a video review on it. It refreshed my memory as to why it’s one of the top brands. And yes, for a higher caliber of strength, you can’t go wrong with the rare 24 mg.
Premium’s states on their site the P110 batt. only lasts about 1/2 a cartridge, the P111 about 3/4. They supposedly have a P118 that is currently out of stock that supposedly last one whole cartridge. Based on your experience does this sound about right? Thanks.

I don’t smoke the Premiums on a regular basis, so let me give it a a whirl over the next few days and get back to you. I don’t remember the battery being short-lived……half a cartridge isn’t that long IMO. I’d wait for the P118 or look to another brand.
In the meantime, hang tight and let me see what my friends say, I have a buddy who is pretty regular with Premium E Cigs….
Thanks. I’m not too impressed with a battery that only lasts 1/2 to 3/4 of a cartridge. I’ve e-mailed them asking when the 118 battery will be available again and looking at a couple other brands. Other than Premium, I’m looking at Smoketip and Safecig. I really like the price of Smoketip, fast shipping, apparently great customer service and lifetime battery warranty. Safecig carts and battery charges lasts longer and they also have up to 24mg but no other flavors. Decisions, decisions. ?????

If you are a regular smoker, the Safe Cig is very impressive. (meaning, if you aren’t into flavor cartridges, etc). I really enjoy the Safe Cig.
I don’t know yet if I’m into flavor cartridges or not. Thinking if I do go with Smoketip it does leave that option open and they are less expensive. Also wondering though if I need more than 16mg. to control nicotine cravings since I smoke about 1 1/2 pk per day= another reason I’m looking at Safecig. They have the 24mg. Premium responded via e-mail to tell me the 118 batteries should be in this week.
It may come down to a roll of the dice to make a decision.
I will add that the Safe Cig has the highest nicotine content out there yet with the 24 mg. I have a video review recorded and I’m editing it soon and getting it live.

I want to purchase some ecig starter kits for my 22-year-old twin daughters for Christmas. They’re both open to the idea of trying them. Question. Which ecig brand most closely resembles a real cigarette? I guess I mean across all dimensions. The weight, the color, the feel, the taste. They both smoke menthol cigs, so I want to go just with that — no other flavors. And is the amount of vapor as big an issue as it seems to be? Thanks for your help!!

I actually just ordered the Deluxe kit very early this morning and it shipped today.

just a update…green smoke cartimizer does not fit premium batts and vise versa. my co-worker has green smoke and i tried fitting it myself.

Well they are out of the 24 mg cartridges and that is all I smoke. I am also having problems with the batteries going dead fast, i am really looking into another cigarette
I ibought the premium pr11 battery I hate it, it goes dead faster them my pr10 battery, plus for some reason the 24 mg cartridge on the pr11 does not last, i am pretty unsatisfied with premium, also my son ‘s pr10 battery started smoking and it turned the battery black, so I do not know whats going on with premium
Becca, you should contact them. Perhaps you got a faulty device. Most companies are quick to replace any defective products. Please report back your experience after doing so.
I ordered a starter kit with two pr111 custom batteries. Both worked great at first, but a few days into use, one quit working. Emailed company, and had a replacement within 4 days. A week later, the other original one quit working. Same thing…I’ve emailed customer service and they are sending me a replacement. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen once the warranty runs out. Other than that…great product and very helpful customer service.
Hi Andy, Michele here, just wanted you to know the worst problem that I’m NOW having with my e-cig Premium brand that I used to love, e-m customer service, called to no avail about the problem that started with the batteries and the 24mg cartridges that only lasted 1hr and 36min same as the batteries, feel very bad don’t want to go back to smoking EVER. Do you know of the best out there with a lot of vapor, flavor, battery life etc. Please let me know where in Fl. I haven’t had problems personally with Premium E Cigs, but they are a bit behind the top 4 brands in vapor production and quality.
Hi, I purchased one of the Premium E Cigs starter kits that came with 2 cartridges, I chose Irish Cream, and I also ordered the refill cartridges (5 pack) in the flavor Clove. My shipment arrived in 3 days after I ordered them, which was a good thing as I was on my last pack of analogs, and I had one analog left!! I quit smoking analogs that day, that was 15 days ago!!!! I have not craved a tobacco analog since I received these, and I feel GREAT!!!! My battery has not had any problems, I love these! I ordered another battery, and another flavor of cartridges a few days ago, and received them yesterday. The Irish Cream flavor is my favourite without a doubt, and the Vanilla I ordered is another favourite, the Clove flavor I can live without, they are my backups in case I run out before my next order. Customer Service is excellent, Iam totally impressed and are sticking with Premium. I have also noticed Im not craving nicotine as much as I thought I would, love it, and have recommended to all of my friends. I hope this review helps people out.
Hi Andy! I just bought and am charging my P111 kit. I smoke Kool blues (milds)…do you think the menthol 16mg will be enough? Also…might be a stupid question, but does the coffee…irish cream, etc. flavors have nicotine?

I just received my 24mg tobacco cartridges in the mail and after charging my batter all night via the usb the cigarette is no longer producing smoke at all. It was making a sizzling noise and became very hot when I attached the cartridge at first, now when I got to take a puff the Orange light will light up, but nothing else happens. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, what do you recommend?

Looks like you have what I call a “dud.” This can happen with any electronically activated device. I’d suggest getting in touch with Premium e cigarettes and talking to them right away so they can get you a replacement. If what you are saying is true, they should do that for you. Please let me know how it goes, I just read/approved another comment praising Premium and they have typically been a stellar brand.
I had been researching electronic cigarettes for several weeks before I decided on the Premium. For the money they appeared to be the best value and I had a friend that recommended them. I have had it for about a month and I love it; they draw well, the menthol has an excellent taste, and I no longer smell like an ashtray! I originally purchased this to try to quit smoking but with none of the negatives from the traditional cigarette (smoke, carbon dioxide, fiberglass, and other toxins) I am not in such a big hurry anymore. The initial investment was $30 for the battery and USB charger and $12 for a pack of filters that are the equivilent of about a carton of smokes – it is a no brainer. If you have been searching for the best one to try look no further.
I just got a premium yesterday and I love it!! I haven’t tried any other brands. And I don’t think I will. Menthol is definetly great! Can’t wait to try out the other flavors.
Hey just wanted to comment on Kim Kav’s problem…I’ve been using a Premium for a couple of months now (menthol) and can hardly even stomach areal one. I guess we are like Pavlov’s dogs. Anyways, I’m pretty sure the info with the package says not to leave the battery in the charger for extended periods such as overnight. Should only take about an hour to charge up.
Incidently, I had a friend order a set based on my recommendation and she must have gotten a faulty charger. It fried one of her batteries and one of mine (I had loaned her my spare while she waited for hers to arrive). She charged hers to use for herself and mine before she returned it to me (about an hour each). They both reaked of burnt electronics. Premium replaced all items promptly, they were really great about it. Hope some of this helps.

I left a comment a couple of weeks ago when I first received my premium starter kit. I am reporting back with great pleasure that I have been off cigarettes for two weeks!! (I did try one of my Kool Blue menthols..to see if I would want one…but it was awful and harsh and ashtray tasting!! After two puffs, it was put in the garbage.) I love my menthol 16mg, and love the caramel flavored 16mg..it tastes like a really smooth tobacco cig. My friends look at me funny, but hey…my lungs are healthier in the long run…and I now am saving $$.

Other people may – or in your case – may not support you vaping. It’s all good – they smell, they litter, and they are living unhealthy. Let them behave poorly and suffer, that’s what I say. The choice is yours, and it’s clear what is bad and what is terrible out there for you and others.

Hi, I’ve had a Premium Ecig for about 2 and a half months now. They did have a recall of the batteries and charger that I originally ordered. It wasn’t posted on their website, but when I called to complain that one of my batteries was totally dead, they told me about the recall, mailed me out new batteries and a charger, as well as a label to send back the old ones.
I love the flavor of the Premium (Menthol), I started on the 24mg, then lowered down to the 16mg. I have found that the 16mg cartridges don’t seem to last as long as the 24mg ones did – so my current order (just finished placing) is for the 24mg again. I also had ordered 2 of the PR118 batteries, but I really don’t see them lasting that long – with my current order, I ordered 2 more batteries, the PR111.
I have tried other brands, including going to a local Ecig store and buying some re-fillable cartridges, but the flavor isn’t anywhere near as good. I did find the Vapor 4 Life site today, and see that they have a video about refilling the cartomizers. I may buy a bottle of their menthol to see if I like it, their cartridges seem to be designed exactly like Premium’s, and I hate having to throw away so many cartridges every week.
The major complaint I have with all of the e-cigs is that they usually claim 1 cartridge is equal to 1 pack of cigarettes – I have found that to be soooo untrue! I go through 3 or 4 cartridges a day of the 16mg Premiums, I’ll post again after I get my new order of the 24s to let you know if those are any better or if it was just my imagination. I don’t puff on it all day either, I put it down for hours at a time and still go through at least 3 cartridges a day.
Hi Belle – I’ve never heard anything so off the wall – 3 cartridges in a day? Are you being serious? I don’t doubt you, you made an honest, extensive review – but wow – that isn’t close to what I get out of any brand I smoke.
I’m being totally serious! I wasn’t that heavy of an analog smoker (not 3 packs a day, anyway) – I usually smoked around 20 to 25 cigs a day. I’ve called the company 3 different times to see if there was something I was dong wrong – I clean the batteries a few times a week (they said I only needed to do it once a month or so, but I do find on the days I clean it, I do get a little more life).
Like I said though, I didn’t seem to go through that many when I had the 24mg cartridges – so will try those again and see how that goes. I usually order 10 packs at a time (50 cartridges) and this last batch has lasted me only 12 or so days (I do have a few packs left that will hopefully get me through till my order gets here).
I do have to say that Premium has SUPER fast shipping, for free even! I’ve never had it take me longer than 4 days (including the day I order) to get my cartridges.
It winds up costing me almost as much as it did to smoke analog cigs – but hopefully the 24mgs will make it cheaper.
I have been using Premium for nearly 3 months now. I am very happy with Premium. Before trying this brand I bought two other starter kits, they were horrible. One in particular, I ended up with the battery in my hand and the cartridge in my mouth. Not a good look. I find that Premium Batteries last for quite sometime as well as the cartridge and I am puffing on it most of the day. The normal time to charge a battery is usually 1 1/2 hours. I have three batteries going at the same time, with one spare. I have to admit the flavour of the menthol is fantastic, I never used to be a menthol smoker, but now I am hooked. I think Premium is one of the better brands out there. I think having the larger size battery is quite a bonus, I would get at least 20 normal cigarettes out of one cartridge, so I am laughing, because here in Australia a pack of 25 is $15.00. I am yet to try the flavours, but will be putting in an order next time. Can’t wait. I have this E Cig permanently glued to my mouth, It goes everywhere with me. Great product and great service
I was very happy to purchase my first premium e cig kit until one of the batteries died. I replaced it with another battery and that is having the same problem. I attached the cartridge to the battery and both heated up (you could here it sizzle). When I attempted to charge the first battery the light on the charger was yellow, typically it is either red- while charging or green when its charged. The battery I was given as a replacement did the same heating with the sizzle within 24 hrs. When I plugged this battery in to charge, the LED did not flash…waiting to see if it will charge. I am torn between returning it and getting refunded or trying another kit altogether. My purchase was 2 weeks ago…very disappointed.
Here are some positive & negative experiences I have had with Premium brand e-cigarettes.
Positives:
~ Customer service is swift, & concerns are easily resolved.
~ I have always received my products in no more than 2 days, even while choosing the “free shipping” option.
~ Replacement of faulty product is immediate with no shipping charge.
Negatives:
~ I have been using Premium for close to 2 years now, & I am finding some inconsistencies. Like the reviewer above mentioned, you cannot be certain the batteries will have a full life. They have replaced mine without incident so far, but I got the sense last time they were becoming skeptical of my returns, even though I only contacted them when a battery had an extraordinarily short life.
~ In the beginning I found their flavor cartridges to be potent enough, as well as tasty. More recently however, I have had to return entire boxes of vanilla, in particular. One cartridge after another I tried had that terrible metallic taste from the beginning.
So, I returned the used cartridges I still had plus some unused ones. They wrote back & gave me store credit but added that the cartridges were tested by their “lab” & were found to be fine. That’s when I knew for sure that they did not test them!
It didn’t matter what they said, because I knew what I had experienced. Trust me, I never again ordered vanilla, even though I loved that flavor. Could it be those cartridges had too great of a shelf life, or were they simply filled incorrectly? I suppose I will never know.
~ Presently, I am noticing that the coffee flavor I have been ordering has a very short flavor life. To me all of these examples reeks of a lack of quality control.
The real question is: “Would I now refer others to Premium Ecigarettes?” The answer is, “No.” At best, I’d advice someone to be highly cautionary. I suppose losing customers is the only way this company will begin to inspect their product more thoroughly.
To close ~ while I have certainly had some disappointing experiences, so far I am still placing orders; that is until I find a suitable replacement.
A few thing you should know before buying premium cigs. The batteries fail alot, Ive been through 5 at least. Now they changed the cartridges for the 24mg and added an extention that maked the cig way too long. They said they will be changing over to these new cartridges in the next several months. Wich means purchasing MORE batteries! Bull, I suggest if your going to spend the money, check out reviews of some top selling ecigs!

I’ve been using these cigarettes for more than 8 months and have been very pleased . . . WHEN THEY WORK. I’ve had considerable trouble with the batteries and or usb connectors failing and on two occasions, cartridges that seemed empty. I’ve purchased so many replacement parts that I’ve lost track of what may or may not be covered by warranty. Twice this week I thought I had three freshly charged batteries and none of them worked. I think their Customer Service is excellent but I’m afraid I’ll have to switch to another brand because these just aren’t reliable and I feel the need to keep a pack of cigarettes handy – just in case.
