One of the re-chargeable cartridges does not hold a charge. Three emails later, I still have no response. I’m waiting to see if I can a response to my telephone message. I'm not too hopeful after reading a complaint from another customer who stated it was two weeks before they received an answer to their call. The product taste was just fair. I have tried a sample of the Gamucci and wish that I had purchased more from them. The only thing I didn’t like about the Gamucci e-cig was that it uses a push button to activate and that made it inconvenient to carry in my purse. NJoy
