		<description>I bought a Luci starter kit and I have had problems with it from the very first try.  It will only lightly vapor the first 2 puffs and then you get nothing.  I have tried for several days to get a hold of the &quot;customer service&quot; by phone.  I have had no luck in reaching anyone.  I have had it ask me to leave a voicemail which I did with my order number and after a week I still have not heard back.  I have sent an email to them in hopes of getting some help with the product and have only received a auto response back about how that email will not be answered for &quot;customer service&quot;.  I think for you to say that they offer 30 Day guarantee is not the whole truth considering that they charge a $35.00 &quot;restocking fee&quot;.  I have not been at all satisfied with the product or the &quot;Customer Service&quot;.  I would not recommend this product to anyone.</description>
