I came to your site looking for information on the Freedom brand because there doesn’t seem to be ANY on the internet that is useful for comparison with other brands. It sure seems like a poor marketing strategy on their part. Several friends, relatives and I are all trying e-cigarettes now and trying to figure out which brands we prefer and will go with long-term. Not all of us live in the same region, so being able to do comparisons (and also shop) online is really helpful. That way we can also trade cartridges if we get a flavor or strength that one of us particularly likes but another particularly doesn’t. Only one friend has the Freedom brand and that is clogging up the works due to the lack of information readily available (and that friend’s inability to find cartridges where they live), so I’m thinking of just ordering a more compatible brand online. Maybe Freedom has a great product, but who really knows??? I can’t even find a review, cartridge strength or ANYTHING online. Frustrating! My friend has been somewhat satisfied with the original purchase, but since we’re all new to this, none of us know yet if we’d be more or less satisfied with something a little different that what we have tried thus far. [And that's part of why we love your site so much!!!]

And Mr. Glenn Kassel, don’t you dare threaten me with legal action for making use of my freedom of speech. I also have an attorney and am friends with a few others.

Talking about a waste of money, I have two Freedom batteries w/ charger and no-where to find refills, so I am having to refill my own. It most certainly was not free.

Freedom suddenly just closed the website, I was even on the phone prior to closing with a guy there and he did not mention a thing about it. But he took my order for an additional battery, and two of the cartridges were either broke or fell out on the plastic end. These things cost enough to make it worthwhile to get a replacement, where do you go for that?

So what’s going on? Where can I get refills at a decent price? Website to cover problems and answer questions would be nice.

I wouldn’t be mad at Internet Marketers for this, I’d be mad at the “Free Trial” angle that your industry compadres in e-cigarettes were offering. Obviously, it wasn’t so free. Internet Marketing efforts have been very successful for companies like V2 Cigs, Green Smoke, Blu Cigs, etc. Any brand or company looking to launch a product HAS to have an Internet Marketing plan or they are simply out of the game. Offline marketing won’t make anyone a top brand in any industry these days.

Sounds like your real beef is with companies ripping off people and giving e cigs a bad name. I’m in agreement with that stance, as documented by my many comments and warnings put out there for brands offering free trials.

Our experiences with internet marketers has been less than stellar. We applaud State DA’s who are going after those that market improperly (http://www.abc15.com/dpp/money/consumer/arizona-attorney-general-files-against-e-cigarette-company-for-consumer-fraud-). The aforementioned lawsuit is what we hope to be the tip of the iceberg in cleaning up our industry and ridding it of opportunists.
