He has stage 2 emphysema and we have both tried to quit multiple times the last ten years. And now with a little one it's even more important. Gum, patches, and pills have helped in the past. But, the cravings always get the best of us. And it's really difficult for just one of us to quit when the other has a hard time. I have narrowed my search down to three brands. Blu, The Safe Cig, and Electronic Cigarettes Inc. brands. He usually smokes 1.5-2 packs a day full flavored bags of tobacco with the tubes and myself about a pack a day of the menthol. Cost is an issue, which is why we switched to making our own, but now health is a bigger issue. I was wondering what you would recommend for heavy smokers like ourselves.
