Jay, thanks for your insight on this. Where are you located? I have not seen White Cloud in South Florida.

Thanks for updating consumers, your comments help make this blog a better place.

White Cloud is another e-cig brand. And the most expensive one that I've come across. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. And sometimes you don't.

White Cloud products can be purchased at kiosks at certain shopping malls. But be forewarned.

White Cloud treats its kiosk customers very unfairly. If you try to pay cash for cart refills, they will not sell them to you without your giving up your name. Can you imagine trying to buy a hotdog at 7-Eleven (with cash) and the clerk refusing to sell it to you unless you give him your name? They want to keep track of who purchased what for their records. I could understand if it was a check or credit card purchase, but cash transactions? It’s none of their damn business. I have no interest in helping to provide them with marketing data to just because they’d like to have it. They are clueless when it comes to treating their customers as if we're real people.

Also, when trying to return defective carts (paid for with cash), they won’t exchange them on the spot. You have to download forms and jump through hoops, as if you’d bought them online. I presented a receipt and two defective carts. It was the company’s fault that the carts were defective. I was just the idiot who drove down to the mall and showed up at their kiosk. The whole idea behind having a kiosk is so people have the option of doing their transactions in real time, on the spot.

Their customer service philosophy is self-serving and extremely arrogant. And it takes all of the fun and goodwill out of a face to face transaction. That’s why I refer to theirs as a Customer No-Service Department. And the people I spoke with on the phone would not give me the name of their bosses.

If I had an employee who refused to give my name to any customer who requested (or demanded it), I would fire that employee immediately.

Incidentally, I filled out their forms and submitted them over two weeks ago. Still no replacement carts.

It’s an awful lot of hoops to jump through to replace eight dollars worth of carts that should’ve been replaced when I showed up in person at the very same place I had purchased their defective merchandise four days before.

They’ve got a lot to learn about face to face transactions, and how to treat customers. I used to like the company a lot —— especially for the convenience of dealing with them in person. Now I despise them, and would enthusiastically urge potential customers to take their business elsewhere. This company doesn’t care at all. They’ll take your money in person (but only if you give them your name, which they have no right to demand). Then, having taken your cash, if the merchandise should prove defective you have to follow a ridiculous protocol that reminds me of “Seinfeld’s” Soup Nazi (of television fame).

Hi, You should do a review on Red Dragon. I have been using them for about a year and they are they best I have found. They have a new PCC kit too and their flavors are made in the USA and are awesome. I think they also have a affiliate program with a 20% payout for click sales. Thanks for promoting ecigs, they saved my life! John.

Do you really think Green Smoke is the best? I used them for several months. I switched to them from Smoking Everywhere which was terrible. I did think their customer service was good, as well as the amount of vapor it produced, but I had very inconsistent results with their cartos. One of the main problems with green smoke I thought was how hard it was to drag on. You have to suck on it really hard. When I compare it to something like the Teslair I am currently using it is just to hard to drag on. I do like the two piece design, but you can get that from a lot of different companies now.

Have you tried VaporNine?

I think they are fully compatible with GREEN SMOKE (can you confirm?).

The service is excellent. Good People too.

I would love to hear your thoughts on V9 and also if Green's carts are compatible as I look for a good flavor.

FYI: 30 year smoker - marlboro mediums. The E-cig is working at keeping me off cigs, but I really need a better flavor or a good alternative flavor (coffee). I don't need tobacco flavor so much as the sensation aspect off smoking.

Appreciate any assistance you can provide and love your site.

John, I have heard that Johnson's Creek works with ANY and all e-cigarette brands, including Green Smoke. You may want to contact them and ask. In your other question, I would suggest that the 18 mg's are most similar to your current brand.

Do get back to me if you have any further questions. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Irv. That's what's called a "trial offer." Some of the electronic cigarette brands are doing that so they can get customers to try their brands. I don't consider Directcig a very quality brand, so I haven't even given them the courtesy of a review.

I ordered a free trial e-cig from Directcig. Cost of shipping $9.85. Took forver to charge, charge lasted about i minutes and cartridge (supposed to = a pack) about 15 puffs. Okay, I tried it and put it away. The, about a month later I gat a mailing containing a bunch of cartridges I did not order and a bill for $89.95. I cancelled my credit card emailed the company and filed with the FBI as a scam. Maybe I was a dimwit and didn't read the fine print.

I recently ordered the Green Smoke 4th of July package after reading lots of reviews. I was able to take advantage of the 10% off code from this already 20% off deal = bonus. I look forward to trying this product and have high hopes that it will allow me to switch from traditional cigareete smoking completely eventually.

Questions:
1. Which cartridge manufacterers are compatible with the Green Smoke brand if any? And, is the quality of those carts good?
2. Some manufacterers list the 18mg cartridge as full flavor and others list it as "filterless", I currently smoke marlboro 100s. I chose the 8mg (highest available from start kit) carts, and the 18mg ones for the flavor assortment that comes with the bundle that i chose. Which would be most similar to my current brand?

Thanks for this website and your time.
