E Cigarette Buyers Guide

I’ve been working on this entry for quite some time, and it’s worth noting that this is almost an extension of sort to the entry I made previously about the legitimacy of e cigarette review sites.

There are many things an e cigarette buyer can do to ensure success online when buying e cigarettes and other electronic smoking accessories.  This is just a short list, and I’ll be adding to it as time passes.  I truly want people to have good experiences because I’ve heard many people “try e cigarettes” one time but have a poor experience and just give up on the idea.  This pains me, because it’s always a downer when I hear about people having a poor experience with a product so innovative, so important to society, that can really change the way things are done and set a new standard for our society of smokers.

So, to ensure you have a GREAT experience buying e cigarettes, here are a few pointers to keep in mind.

1.  If you are looking for support from a company AFTER making a purchase, make sure they are interested in helping you BEFORE you purchase.

  • When you call, do they answer their phones?  If not, do they get back to you when you leave messages?
  • Do they answer chats?  Do they answer emails?
  • Will they go above and beyond the level of customer service that one would expect from a company you’ve never dealt with?
  • Do they help you buy the best e cigarette (for your situation) by providing consultative advice?

2.  Make sure you check out companies online before buying.

  • Do they have a long laundry list of complaints?
  • Are the reviews by consumers solid?  If not, what do they say is the main problem?

3.  Always look for coupons and sales.

  • In this day and age, Holiday sales are almost a must for online companies to survive.  Most companies will hold sales around major US holidays – you can count on this.  Use this to your advantage and LOAD UP on cartridges and accessories when these types of sales occur.  I do it, and I save wads of cash in the process.
  • Search blogs (like mine) and find the latest offers.  Doing five minutes of homework can save you bundles of cash.

4.  Now, if you are still unsure about which e cigarettes may be the best one for you, consult with an expert.  I have an extensive body of work put in since 2009 and have helped thousands of consumers find the best e cigarette for their particular liking.  I’ve had advertisers come and go – I’ve had many people ask about brands that I no longer recommend, and I’ve had people ask why I’ve been recommending about five brands on the home page.  Sure, there is some confusion as to which is the “best.”  Well, that all depends on your preferences.  Do you smoke menthol?  If so, there is a different answer for you.  Do you like a long battery?  Throat hit?  Tobacco flavors or fruity flavors?  There are different offers out there for different types of consumers. It’s all in the name of getting people an electronic cigarette that they will be happy with. Sure, I can throw everyone a link to an advertiser, and make the advertiser happy, BUT, if the consumer isn’t happy with the purchase, guess what?  I have egg on my face.
